ASENDIA, a South Korean specialist in semiconductor RF components, participated in SEMICON Korea 2026 at COEX in Seoul,

where it unveiled its next-generation RF technologies and global collaboration strategy.

 

ASENDIA is the only domestic company commercially manufacturing and supplying RF generators and RF matchers—key components in plasma equipment used

for semiconductor etching and deposition processes.

Building on last year’s participation, the company showcased its flagship dual-frequency matcher and a new platform-based RF generator designed

to address increasingly advanced semiconductor process environments.

 

A highlight of the exhibition was the first public unveiling of “UnityX,” a new platform integrating the RF generator and RF matcher into a single system.

Unlike conventional split architectures, UnityX adopts an integrated design that enhances energy efficiency while reducing installation footprint within equipment.

The company positions UnityX as a core solution aligned with the industry trend toward higher integration and efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing.

 

The event also marked expanded global collaboration efforts. Tokyo Keiki, a Japanese precision instrument manufacturer,

and its Korean subsidiary co-exhibited microwave-related products at the ASENDIA booth.

This partnership represents a strategic step toward extending RF-based expertise into the microwave domain,

with both companies planning to jointly explore next-generation semiconductor process technologies and business opportunities.
